A lovely blend of pure essential oils and floral water which is produced during the distillation of obtaining essential oils.

Apply 2-3 sprays to the pillow and/or around the room prior to settling down for the night, allow to dry before using your pillow.

Lavender and chamonile are well known oils to help you relax, promoting a sence of calm and peacefulness.
