Directions = Apply a small amount of oil to the cuticle and nail bed, with a circular motion gently massage the oil into the cuticle and nail bed area for 5-10 seconds per finger, refrain from washing your hands for a while after to allow the oil to soak right in. For cuticles that need a little more TLC soak your hands in warm water for 5-10 min then apply the cuticle oil (then as above).
